Volunteers Needed!! Sometimes it can take a lot of hard work to have fun. And, sometimes it can be more fun (and a lot less hard work) when people work together. The Beach Race is an all-volunteer race in the dunes. It's primary purposes are to raise money to assist finding a cure for paralysis caused by spinal cord injury -- and to have fun!!
Volunteers are needed the week before, during, and the week after the race to set up the seven mile track, direct traffic, flag and marshall the race, drive the courtesy four wheel drive dune shuttle, take it all down again, and more.
